Justin Vicari is a creative writer, translator, and film scholar. His poems and fiction have appeared in Rhino, Phoebe, Eclipse, Slant, Interim, 32 Poems, Memorious, and other literary reviews, and his translations of the Algerian writer Jean Senac were recently featured in American Poetry Review. A contributor to Jump Cut #48 on the films of Michael Heneke, he has also published articles on film in Film Quarterly, Bright Lights Film Journal, Senses of Cinema, Cinetext, and Film Journal.
