Brian Faucette is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Theatre and Film at the University of Kansas. His research interests include questions of stardom and masculinity in classical Hollywood, rethinking U.S. masculinity through popular culture, and viewing film through the lens of engaged political theory and theorists.
