Claudia Springer is on the English Department faculty at Framingham State University, where she teaches literature and film.  She is the author of the books Electronic Eros: Bodies and Desire in the Postindustrial Age, and James Dean Transfigured: The Many Faces of Rebel Iconography.  She lives in Newton, Massachusetts.
