Stephen Michael Charbonneau is an Assistant Professor of Film Studies in the School of Communication and Multimedia Studies at Florida Atlantic University. His work has appeared in Journal of Popular Film & Television, Challenge for Change/Société nouvelle: The Collection, Spectator, and Encyclopedia of Documentary Film. He is presently working on a manuscript entitled, Other Americas: Injured Identities, Ethnographic Media, and the War on Poverty.
