Fangyu Chen

Fangyu Chen is an assistant professor at the Macau University of Science and Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in film studies from the School of Communication at Hong Kong Baptist University. After working in the film industries of both Beijing and Hong Kong, she developed her research interests in investigating the current issues of Hong Kong Cinema through a political economy perspective, with a particular interest in local labour conditions.
